Terms and Conditions

We are not able to take tentative bookings. All reservations will need to be secured with a deposit.

When you make a booking with us you will receive a confirmation email of your reservation details. We recommend you check all details of your reservation and advise us immediately.

Upon booking you will be required to pay a deposit. For short term bookings (1-4 weeks) the first nights’ accommodation will be required. If not, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and relet the unit. Prior to checking in the full amount of the stay must be pre-paid. For long term bookings, the monthly tariff will need to be paid as a deposit, followed by the monthly charge on each anniversary date.

If the accommodation is cancelled within 72 hours of the booking, the guests will forfeit the accommodations’ full amount. If the accommodation is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival you will only forfeit your deposit.

Apartments do not have onsite management, in the case of a lock out there will be an additional $50 charge added to your next payment.

All apartments are NON SMOKING. In the case smoking occurs in these apartments, a fee of $300 will apply to cover the costs of additional cleaning.

Damages are the responsibility of the tenant during their stay. Additional charges will occur in these instances and will be added to the next payment.

Tenants are responsible for their own property. DBO Apartments will not take responsibility for the theft or loss of personal property. If items are left in the apartment after departure they will be kept for a period of 14 days before they are disposed of.
